After arriving at the fire station, teachers and students were warmly received by all the officers and soldiers of the fire brigade. The brigade instructor divided our teachers and students into three groups, giving a comprehensive and detailed explanation in terms of vehicle and equipment display, fire equipment demonstration, training display, combat squad visit, fire video viewing and other aspects. In addition, the instructor brought a wealth of fire safety knowledge to students, enabling them to learn the use of fire extinguishers and learn how to wear fire clothing, which not only let students master self-rescue skills, but also let them deeply realize the hard work of firefighters.

To conclude, this fire drill activity not only enhanced teachers and students’ awareness of fire safety, reinforced their psychological quality in the face of sudden fires, but also further strengthened their ability to deal with dangers, which has effectively intensified Anqing Foreign Language School’s safety education, thus laying the cornerstone for building a safe campus!
